Westwood Waxing: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can one wax?
One can wax almost any area of the body; including, but not limited to the eyebrows, face, bikini, legs, arms, back, nose, ears, abdomen, feet, and etc.
How long does a typical waxing last for?
The waxing session for each customer is individual; therefore the waxing time estimate is approximate and can vary from person to person, depending on area waxed. In addition, new hair follicles will not typically grow back in the previously waxed area for about a long, two to four weeks.
Is waxing good or beneficial to one?
Waxing in fact, is a non harmful procedure: There remains a variety of benefits that will come from waxing ones body or body parts, as a primary method of successful hair removal. The biggest benefit of waxing is how affective the hair removal is and the amount of hair that can be removed at once is a large mass of hair follicles. Better than just shaving in many ways because when hair follicles are merely shaven the hair is in fact removed only from the surface of the skin and not from the root. When waxed, the thin, top surface layer of the skin is removed as well, exfoliating and accentuating the skin and its appearance. Waxing methods will prevent annoying and unwanted hair re-growth that comes back bolder and rougher in texture. Areas of the body that have been waxed efficiently will remain hair-free for elongated periods of time and when it does grow back, it will be softer, smoother and lighter in appearance and color.
